PAYMENT 

  • BY CREDIT CARD

We accept payment by credit cards issued by Visa, MasterCard or American Express.

We guarantee that every transaction on our website is secure. Payment and delivery data are collected through the most technologically advanced codification systems (TLS) and our store uses a VeriSign secure server and an ATW certificate to ensure maximum protection.

  • WITH PAYPAL

You can select PayPal as a payment method after entering your shipping and billing information.

After confirming your purchase, you will be taken to the PayPal login page where you can enter your account and complete payment.

If you do not have a PayPal account, you may create one quickly and safely from the PayPal login page.

DELIVERY TIME

Orders are processed pending item availability and payment approval. During high volume periods, product availability is subject to change while your order is being processed. 

  • Most orders placed Monday through Friday before 1AM EST will be processed and shipped next business day. 
  • Orders placed on Thursday after 1AM EST or over the weekend will begin processing Monday. 
  • Current processing and shipping time for ground orders is 7-10 business days. 
  • ROCXTONE does not process or ship orders on Saturday, Sunday or federal holidays. 

SHIPPING

  • FREE-SHIPPING WORLDWIDE with purchase over USD$300
  • All orders 300 USD and over (converted to localized currency) are eligible for free standard shipping. For orders under 300 USD, you will receive a shipping quiote by service tier at checkout based on what is available for your shipping country.
  • Products are delivered to the address shown on the purchase order.
  • We ship via EMS worldwide, not including APO and PO Box addresses.
  • We will make at least two attempts to deliver your package to the delivery address. We reserve the right to cancel your purchase if nobody has signed the receipt for your package.
  • You are responsible for the package once delivery has been made.
  • You must inspect the products within a reasonable period of time after receipt and you must accept the product unless you have informed us that the products are refused within a period of 7 days after receipt.
  • Delivery times are given for information only. 

RETURN PROCEDURE AND CONDITIONS

Your satisfaction is our priority. so we defined a quick and easy return policy.

unused merchandise may be returned within 7 days from the date the order was delivered to you.

As long as

  • The Items must be in the same condition you received them in, with all tags still attached and in their original packaging. 
  • The Items must be complete.
  • The Items must be not used in any way.
  • The Products that belong to the same order must be returned to us in a single parcel.
  • The return must be sent from the same Country in which you placed your order. We are not able to accept returns from different Countries.

Please notice

  • All return shipping charges will be at your expense and must be pre-paid by you.
  • FINAL SALE items are not eligible for return.
  • Customized or personalized products are not eligible for return.
  • We do not accept COD (Cash on Delivery) deliveries.
  • ROCXTONE will not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that return packages are lost, stolen, mishandled or damaged.

RETURN SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS

  • If you are experiencing an issue with an item purchased at one of our boutique or outlet stores, please refer to our Store Locator page and contact the store directly. 
  • For items purchased from an authorized third party retailer, please contact the retailer where you made the original purchase.

To proceed

  1. Please email sales@rocxtone.com to request a return authorization. 
  2. Securely repackage your item(s) in the original order box if possible, if not use appropriate packaging for shipment.
  3. Products must be in their original conditions, pack them, and clearly identify items to be returned highlighting the Return Number.
  4. Please bring the package to an authorized EMS location. ( or different carrier at your expense and responsibility ) 
  5. Please include a copy of your original invoice/packing slip with your return.
  6. Please make sure the courier collects your parcel within 15 days from the delivery date.
  7. You must send the tracking number to sales@rocxtone.com along with your order number.
  8. Once your return is received, we will verify and process your refund within 7-10 business days. 
  9. Returned items must be sent to the address as below:

EXCHANGES

We do not offer exchanges. If eligible, you may return your order for a full refund and place a new order online at your convenience.

  • ROCXTONE serves the right to alter its prices at any time, although it is hereby understood that the price shown on the website on the day of the order shall be the only one applicable to the purchaser.
  • The price shown on the website is tax excluded, we offered Tax-free shopping for international customers.
  • Customs duties, local taxes, import duties or taxes of State, may be required.
  • These taxes and sums are not within the competence of rocxtone.com , They will be at your charge, and this is your full responsibility both in terms of declaration, and payment to the authorities of your country.

ROCXTONE reserve theRIGHTS TO REFUSE ORDERS OR TO CANCEL

  • We reserve the right to refuse any order or to cancel any purchase, irrespective of the grounds. 
  • We also reserve the right to cancel any purchase (an order which we have already accepted) in the following situations, without being held liable for any damage or costs:
  • The product is not available / in stock (any payment will be refunded);
  • The bank details are incorrect or unverifiable;
  • The order has been detected by our security systems as an unusual order or an order which could be an act of fraud;
  • The price(s) of the product(s) was/were incorrect;
  • We have not been able to deliver the package to the address given.
